We ship your order via FedEx or registered airmail. Airmail service may not be available to some countries due to impacts of COVID-19. Click here for full details on service updates. Shipping costs and delivery time are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey. Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs charges. Taxes, duties and local fees are not included in the original shipping charge, and must be paid by you in addition to the amounts stated on our website. What are your returns and exchanges policies?


You can return your items back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned to us intact, unaltered with all labels attached and package undamaged. Please fill out this returns form before posting your items back to us. Should you find yourself in the unlikely situation of receiving faulty or incorrect items, we will bear all the costs of shipping and send you a replacement as soon as possible. Pictures of the items in question may be required after you submit the returns form. If the items received are neither faulty nor incorrect, you will have to pay for the shipping costs incurred in the return and/or exchange procedures. We will email you a PayPal link for the payment of the outbound shipping charges after you've submitted the returns form.




How do I know which size I am?

How do I know if the glove is for my left/right hand?


The Left/Right options on our website indicate the hand on which the glove is to be worn. If you are right handed and would like to wear the glove on the left hand, you should choose the Left option when purchasing the gloves, whereas if you are left handed and would like to wear the glove on the right hand, you should choose the Right option. Alternatively you can choose to purchase the left and right hand gloves to cover both of your hands in case they have different shades due to playing golf in the sun for an extended period of time.
